New branding standards have been adopted by the Health System. When you receive a proof of your order it may look slightly different than expected due to modifications in colors, fonts, and logos.

• Signs (Magnetic or Laminated), Brochures and non-clinical forms (without Bar Codes) from the NON CLINICAL FORMS / MATERIALS tab in the pull down menu.
• Sheets of bar code labels from BARCODE LABELS tab in the pull down menu.
• Stationery such as Business Cards and Letterhead from the HEALTH SYSTEM STATIONERY tab in the pull down menu

Downtime: 

1. Right click the document PDF.  Choose “Copy shortcut”. 
2. Open your email to send an “New E-mail”.
3. Right click to paste the link in the email.
4. Send email with  your name, PTAO, Quantity, and Contact/Delivery information to: hospcopy@virginia.edu
