If you have encountered an issue while using one of our public printers around Grounds and need to request a refund, please fill out the form below and email the completed form to [email protected].

If the issue with your printing occurred due to a malfunction with the printer you used, you can also scan the QR code and request service for that printer.  We will then dispatch one of our technicians to get the printer back in working order.
